Domestic, International and Country-to-Country Calling

Calling cards provide comprehensive access within the North American dialing plan and to and from international locations. Cardholders may place international outbound calls from the United States to more than 200 countries. In addition, cardholders may originate international calls from nearly 100 countries and complete country-to-country calls from over 50 countries.

Custom Branding

A company specific customized script will play when the domestic toll free access number is dialed.

Speed Dialing

Speed dialing enables the cardholder to enter up to 99 frequently dialed numbers per card.

Message Store and Forward

Allows the end-user to record a voice message that can be delivered virtually anywhere in the world. Broadcast messages may be sent to as many as 20 different numbers simultaneously, as well as to and from international locations.

Conference Calling

Conference calling is available to end-users and can be provisioned at the card level. This feature allows the card holder to initiate a conference call with up to six additional dialed numbers on a completely automated conference call. All charges associated with the call are billed to the card; thereby increasing the convenience to the end-user.

Operator Services and Directory Assistance

Operators can assist cardholders with station-to-station calls, person-to-person calls and provide directory assistance services.

Re-Origination

If a busy or no-answer response is received when attempting to reach someone using the calling card, the call can be re-originated and the voice message delivery feature will originate a call to the last dialed number.

ANI + PIN Authorization Code

ANI + PIN authorization codes (customer’s telephone number plus a four digit PIN) increases call completion percentages and contributes to greater user satisfaction. Account code length can range from six to 26 digits without restrictions regarding repetition of numbers. PINS may be line based or random.

Phone Home

The phone home card is a branded calling card feature that allows the cardholder to call a designated terminating ANI.

Fraud Protection

Fraud monitoring and detection centers monitor calling card traffic 24×7 to minimize incidences of fraud.
