VistaMAX
The architecture of the VistaMAX® system by Vecima Networks utilizes highly integrated single box base stations (BS) and subscriber stations (SS) as the network elements. Multiple configurations of this basic platform can suit many different frequency allocations globally from 450 MHz to 6 GHz.
VistaMAX products are currently available for:
- 1.9 GHz
- 3.5 GHz
- 3.65 GHz (USA) — RUS Accepted
- 5 GHz
Key characteristics of the VistaMAX system:
- Time division duplexing (TDD) for maximum spectral efficiency
- True non line-of-sight performance using OFDM
- Full quality-of-service (QoS) to support real-time services and guaranteed service level agreements
- LED display for signal strength/power
WiMAX/IEEE 802.16-2004 Products
The VistaMAX network architecture is based on the IEEE 802.16-2004 standard and WiMAX Forum® system profiles. Vecima’s VistaMAX product family achieves high performance, non line-of-sight connectivity.
