Merger Overview
On April 25, 2011, ANPI, LLC and Zone Telecom, LLC announced the formal closing and completion of their previously announced merger transaction. The merger was conceived to create a strong, unified company with a wide range of capabilities to better serve and support customers and technology partners. The combined companies will offer the network, infrastructure, technologies, financial strength and human resources to deliver more innovative products and services, and higher levels of support.
