Keith R. Henderson, the new vice president of customer service and operations support, says he may be employed by ANPI ZONE, but he works FOR its customers. He is responsible for all customer support functions and Tier I network repair operations for the wholesale, enterprise and residential customer bases. Although he is new to ANPI ZONE, he is not new to telecommunications and brings over 30 years of demonstrated success in all aspects of operations.
Keith shared, “My sole purpose in this role is to develop processes and procedures that ensure my team provides best-in-class customer service and overall satisfaction to our customers.”He continued, “It is my goal to build on the success that ANPI ZONE has demonstrated over the years and to enhance our service, accessibility, responsiveness and friendliness to a level that is unmatched in the industry.”
As ANPI ZONE continues to grow in number of customers served, products offered and toll minutes terminated, it is vital to invest in support infrastructure. As vice president of customer service and operations support, Keith understands customers’ pain points and is in a position to do something about it.
