ANZ Communications, LLC
ANZ Communications, LLC is the newly-formed holding company mutually created and owned by ANPI Holding, Inc. and Zone USA, Inc. to better serve the evolving needs of independent local exchange carrier (ILEC), competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and interexchange carrier (IXC) markets, as well as wireless carriers, corporate enterprise and residential customers.
ANPI, LLC and Zone Telecom, LLC
ANPI, LLC (ANPI) was formed in 1996 by leaders from independent telephone companies seeking a better way to provide competitive long distance to their customers. By forming ANPI with the goal of aggregating “scale”, these companies were able to benefit from lower toll rates that enabled them to diversify their business and strengthen ties to their service areas.
In October 2000, Zone Telecom, LLC (ZONE) began operations in the United States, primarily as a residential long distance company. Since that time the focus and growth of ZONE was in the business, wholesale and ILEC sectors.
In April 2011, ANPI and ZONE finalized a merge to create a strong, unified company with a wide range of capabilities. The combined company offers the network, infrastructure, technologies, financial strength and human resources to deliver more innovative products and services, and higher levels of support. The merger also consolidates extensive switching facilities and a multi-ring SONET-based network spanning cities such as Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York City.
ANPI ZONE owns and operates a state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) based in Frisco, Texas. This facility is equipped with the latest in network monitoring, trend analysis, troubleshooting and fraud detection/prevention equipment. The Frisco facility also houses a full network laboratory that contains duplicates of all deployed network equipment, as well as all of the tools necessary to quickly isolate problems in network and customer systems. The NOC facility is staffed 24x7x365 by highly skilled network and switching specialists, ensuring early detection and rapid response to problems. In addition, the NOC performs preventive maintenance to reduce problems from occurring in the first place.
ANPI ZONE’s headquarters is located in Springfield, IL with a NOC located in Frisco, TX and administrative offices in Mount Pleasant, UT and Cherry Hill, NJ.
